Takeshi Shimizu

Mr. Shimizu started working with Daifuku Co., Ltd. in Japan since 1968.

With his vast experience in consulting, planning, engineering, designing and sales in material handling systems in Japan, he was assigned to assume the role of Managing Director in Daifuku Mechatronics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. in the year 1995.

His responsibilities are to oversee the sales and administration.

Under his leadership, Daifuku Singapore has grown tremendously. Mr. Shimizu also has the added responsibility as the Director of Daifuku-Wis Technologies Pte. Ltd. in the year 1997. It is a software development division.

He is also given the role of the Managing Director of P.T.Daifuku Indonesia in the year 2000.
